  • We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within one week (7) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for defect items that have made wrongly by us.
  • We accept items with delivered wrongly / any defects on the items that are applicable to returns. You can choose to receive the same price or the same product as your return order, just like your new project. (Conditional)
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the size of you order, you also can return package and change for your size within (14) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the Original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Site.
  • You are entitle for a correct order free of charge, by returning us the defect order. All of the delivery charges will be bear by Wss.Co within Malaysia. Refund of cash or payment is not available unless there is a website error (i.e. wrong pricing showed on the website) refund of cash or payment to your original payment method (i.e. Credit Card, ) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.But,This service only provides delivery wrongly / any defects on the items. All the return request for size package must be paid by yourself.
  • All returned item(s) are subject to quality control. WSS.co reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  • You may process returns through your nearest post office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.WSS.co will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during the return shipment process.
  • Please take note that we will not accept anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please Noted , WSS.co does not provide a refund for all orders

You must return defect items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Here are some of the alternatives for you to reach us regarding this issue:

STEP 1. Bring your defected WSS.co to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:

LOT 2-46 Batu Pahat Mall , Jalan Kluang , 83000 , Batu Pahat , Johor.

STEP 2. Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to wss.clothing2018@gmail.com together with your Order ID, Defect Details.

STEP 3. We will take at least 3-5 working days to prepare and send your new WSS.co order. In the mean time, please do patiently wait for your order to arrive.

You must return defect items to the address below within 40 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You correct order will be processed and reached you within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

  1. Download your return form at here and fill correct in the return form.
  2. Choose the same price or same parttern as your new item as your return order.
  3. Print your return form and place it with the defect order inside the package.
  4. Courier the package back to us with the following details:
